Application Training
Application Training is very important to maximize the capabilities of your OGP measuring machine. We had undergone training and will continue to attend trainings in the future to strengthen and to have up to date skills and knowledge. We conduct trainings at customer site with 2 to 3 participants. It is a combination of lecture and hands-on. Contact us for more information on training classes.

Field Service and Calibration
Troubles with OGP measuring machines are seldom. Many service matters can be troubleshoot via e-mail or by telephone. If preventive maintenance, calibration or service repair are needed we can dispatch our service engineers to your facility to get your machine running. Other service provider may offer support to OGP products, but they are not using the correct calibration standards for OGP products and only us are trained and certified by OGP.
Machine Demonstration
To assure that OGP measuring machine can meet your requirements, we can conduct a demonstration at your site using your actual parts.
Software Upgrades
This is to ensure your OGP measuring sytem is running the latest version of softwares.
Machine Relocation
We also can provide assistance whenever you need to transfer your machine to another location.
